Need to re-order your pet’s medication?
It is essential to properly monitor your pet while they are receiving prescription medications. In accordance with the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 and Medicines and Poisons (Medicines) Regulation 2021, pets must be seen by a veterinarian at least once every 6 months in order to receive any prescription drugs unless an earlier recheck has been recommended. Additionally, submitting a request for medication does not guarantee immediate supply, as the veterinarian may require a physical examination of your pet to reassess their condition before approving the prescription.
When ordering repeat prescriptions, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Orders are typically ready within two business days.
Please note that we must have physically seen your pet in order to provide a prescription. We are unable to legally fulfil prescriptions written by another clinic.
